1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, engaging ZYROM for custom software engineering, or subscribing to any of our 7 proprietary SaaS products (Postabi, XSoft, Profylio, Wasender, EURL, MeraSafar, Asal Pakistan), you enter into a legally binding agreement with ZYROM (SMC-PVT) LTD. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or utilize our services.

2. Software Development & Professional Services

All bespoke software engineering, Laravel backends, Oracle/MySQL database setups, and AI automation workflows delivered by ZYROM are governed by Statements of Work (SOW). Intellectual property rights for custom code are assigned to the client upon full payment of agreed project milestones.

3. SaaS Subscription Terms & Fair Use

Subscribers to ZYROM SaaS platforms must comply with acceptable use guidelines:

• Account Integrity: You are responsible for safeguarding API keys, user credentials, and session tokens.
• Anti-Abuse: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or overload ZYROM's server infrastructure or bypass rate limits.
• Billing & Payments: Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis via Stripe or PayPal. Accounts in arrears may face suspension following prior written notification.

4. WhatsApp API & Meta Tech Partner Compliance

Users of our verified Meta Tech Partner brand Postabi must strictly adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy:

• Transmission of unsolicited commercial spam, fraudulent schemes, or prohibited goods is strictly forbidden and results in immediate account termination.
• Customers must maintain verifiable opt-in consent for all broadcast recipients.
• Notice: Only Postabi holds Meta Tech Partner status. No other brand under ZYROM claims Meta certification.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZYROM (SMC-PVT) LTD. and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of business revenue, or data loss arising from system outages, third-party upstream API failures (including Meta or payment gateways), or scheduled infrastructure maintenance.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the corporate laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
